Pak says Kashmir issue should be resolved for better ties (Outlook India)

Pakistan’s new Kashmir Affairs Minister Qamar-uz-Zaman Kaira today said the Kashmir dispute was a “basic issue” which cannot be “set aside” and should be resolved for “better ties” with India.
