Dhumal moots alternative route to Kailash Mansarovar via HP (Outlook India)

Asking the Centre to consider an alternate route for the Kailash Mansarovar yatra through Himachal Pradesh, Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal has claimed it will be safe and short in comparision to the present journey.
